  4. Follow the Checkout process. All of the information will be sent to our studio where we will check the availability of each item and send you a customized quote. We recommend booking your rentals 6 to 12 months in advance to insure availability.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. We require a 50% non refundable retainer to officially reserve/book the items for your date.

Is there a minimum order required?

Yes. We have a $300 minimum order for Will Call items. Many of our items, such as our farm tables, chairs, upholstered furniture and larger items must be handled with care and delivered/picked up by our crew.

We do offer delivery. Many of our items, such as farm tables, chairs, upholstered furniture and larger items must be handled with care and delivered/picked up by our crew.

We have a $300 minimum for Will Call items. Please send us a message and we can discuss the logistics of your order. ***We’ll also want to make sure that you have an appropriate vehicle and supplies (like straps and blankets) to move the items you rent.  Due to their delicate nature, not all items in the collection are available for will-call.

How do I care for the rental items?

Please return all rentals in original condition.

Under no circumstances can rental items including but not limited to, furniture, farm tables, chairs, benches, upholstered seating, or any other items from out collection be left outside overnight or in the rain.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We know our rentals really get used during an event and sometime a little more wear is added, it’s the nature of events, so a mandatory non-refundable 10% damage waiver is added to every order we deliver, and a 15% damage waiver is added for every will call order. The damage waiver covers our collection for “normal wear & tear”, it does not however cover gross negligence, such as damaged caused by weather (wind & rain), a child with a marker or sharp object, etc. If you have purchased wedding or event insurance, provide us with a certificate of insurance and the waiver will be removed.

What happens if something gets lost or stolen?

If an item is lost or stolen, we charge for repair or replacement of the item. Each item will be assessed individually, and the fee will vary based on the value of the item. While some items replacement value will be 3 to 5 times the rental amount, other items, such as antiques may have a larger replacement or repair value.

Fees for items that require replacement or do not get retuned will be charged to the credit card on file attached to the rental contract. Please look at your rental items prior to the event, and report any issues or concerns with the item. Our items are loved vintage, hand made, and new, please treat them with love and care.

Our studio is located in Pendleton, Oregon.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

We love a challenge. Send us a message or give us a call, we would love to discuss the item(s) you are looking for. We are continually adding new items to our inventory and the item you are hoping for might just be the next one added, hand crafted or sourced. We have in house builders that can create some pretty amazing items.

What is the rental period?

Will Call items have a 48 hour rental period.

Deliver/Setup/Tear Down – rental period is based on several factors, such as the time frame you need the items for, the venue/location, if the event is indoors or outdoors, etc.

We deliver all over Eastern Oregon & Eastern Washington. Our main areas of delivery are:

WASHINGTON: Walla Walla, Dayton, Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, Prosser, Patterson, Ellensburg

Sales delivered or sourced to Washington.

Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. this message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).
